How do I clean skulls and bones?
| Step 1 | Headhunters carefully prepares each specimen with the use of dermested beetles. (This is the way museums and universities have cleaned bones for nearly 10 decades.) |
| Step 2 | After the beetles have stripped away all the soft tissue the specimen is chemically degreased and whitened. |
